COGNAC PAUL GIRAUD & Fils est un domaine familial situé à Bouteville, un petit village au cœur de la Grande Champagne, le premier cru de Cognac. Le domaine a été transmis de père en fils depuis 1635. Paul Jean Giraud, né en 1952, est la 10ème génération à diriger le domaine. En 1975, Paul Jean et son père ont fondé le Cognac Paul Giraud, et la marque a été établie en 1976 avec le début de la mise en bouteille. Pendant cinq ans, Paul Jean a développé ses ventes en France avant de commencer à exporter en 1980. Actuellement, leurs cognacs sont distribués sélectivement en France, dans les épiceries fines, les cavistes et les restaurants, et sont exportés vers plus de 35 pays dans le monde. En continuation et transmission, Paul, fils de Paul Jean (11ème génération), travaille aux côtés de son père. Ils partagent la même passion et ont une vision commune pour la durabilité de leur savoir-faire.
