Delamain XO Pale & Dry es el coñac insignia de la Maison Delamain y una invitación al mundo de los coñacs Grande Champagne ultrapremium. Creado en 1920 por Jacques y Robert Delamain, esta expresión XO se elabora exclusivamente a partir de aguardientes procedentes del Premier Cru de Cognac: Grande Champagne. Envejecido mucho más allá de los 10 años mínimos requeridos para el XO, esta mezcla se madura en viejas barricas de roble francés con fases de envejecimiento antes y después de la mezcla para lograr su reconocida elegancia.
Este coñac se elabora sin azúcar ni caramelo añadidos, lo que demuestra el compromiso de Delamain con la pureza y la autenticidad. El resultado es un espirituoso natural y aromático que expresa todo el carácter de su terruño.
