Delamain XO Pale & Dry is het vlaggenschip van Maison Delamain en een uitnodiging in de wereld van ultra-premium Grande Champagne Cognacs. Deze XO werd voor het eerst gecreëerd in 1920 door Jacques en Robert Delamain en wordt uitsluitend gemaakt van eaux-de-vie uit de Premier Cru van Cognac: Grande Champagne. Deze blend rijpt veel langer dan de minimaal vereiste 10 jaar voor XO en wordt gerijpt in oude Franse eiken vaten met zowel pre- als post-blending rijpingsfasen om zijn befaamde elegantie te bereiken.
Deze Cognac wordt gemaakt zonder toegevoegde suiker of karamel, een bewijs van Delamains toewijding aan zuiverheid en authenticiteit. Het resultaat is een natuurlijke, aromatische spirit die het volledige karakter van zijn terroir uitdrukt. Pale & Dry biedt een krachtige neus met tonen van abrikoos, citrus en geroosterde noten, en een delicaat gehemelte dat zachtjes evolueert met lengte en gratie.
De Cognac wordt gepresenteerd in een hoge, heldere fles met een glazen zegel in reliëf en een zachtblauwe capsule, in een levendige blauwe doos met gouden details en een illustratie van het Delamain landgoed.
