Giboin ist ein Experte für die Herstellung von Cognac und Pineau des Charentes. In den Anbaugegenden Borderies und Fins Bois nehmen ihre Weinfelder eine Gesamtfläche von etwa 24 Hektar ein. Die Geschichte von der familiär geführten Traditionsmarke erstreckt sich bis ins frühe 19. Jahrhundert zurück. Pro Jahr produziert Giboin nur sehr geringe Mengen Cognac. Für sie finden primär Ugni Blanc Trauben Anwendung, daneben auch Merlot Reben. Das Anwesen hält nach wie vor an den Herstellungsmethoden seiner Gründer fest.
