Exceptional 92 /100
This cognac is from Grande Champagne, so it needs to be allowed to wake up. Couprie XO needs 1 week, Pasquet 10 needs 3 weeks. After sleep, cognac loses its pungent odor and causticity. It comes with the aroma of milk toffee. And the taste (in the USSR there was sweet sparkling water called Pinocchio) that's exactly the taste of that sparkling water he gets. Perhaps this is because it is natural, like Pinocchio. But everyone will hear their own. I want to say thank you to Mrs. and Mr. Pasquet for a tour of my childhood! If the sanctions are lifted, I will definitely buy more.
