Biographie:
Just a French guy living in the USA that enjoy a nice cognac from time to time. Like to experiment with cognac cocktails (using VS or VSOP), and love a nice XO neat after a great dinner! Working on a you tube channel reviewing cognacs and food :)

Perfect Winter cognac

This is a very limited edition cognac but If you can get your hands on a bottle, you should without hesitation.
It is a spicy, warm cognac with notes of leather, tobacco, cloves and dry fruit, a perfect winter cognac.
On first look, you can see the nice light cooper color.
On the nose you can easily recognize the spiciness of leather and tobacco, you also get hint of cloves an dry fruits. it is a very enjoyable and complex nose
For the palate, you also get leather, tobacco and spices, there is a lot going on and it's easy to recognize that it is over 40% .
The finish is fairly long and woody, with more cloves and hints of honey
In summary a very enjoyable cognac that is perfect neat after a holiday meal maybe sitting by the fireplace!
