Giboin is een expert in de productie van Cognac en Pineau de Charentes, met 60 hectare wijngaarden in zowel de Borderies als de Fins Bois Cognac-gebieden in de Charente. Dit traditionele familiebedrijf heeft een geschiedenis die teruggaat tot het begin van de negentiende eeuw, en produceert slechts een zeer beperkte hoeveelheid Cognac per jaar. Giboin gebruikt voornamelijk Ugni Blanc druiven, maar ook Merlot. Giboin streeft ernaar de methoden van de oprichters van de familie te behouden, en voor een klein huis stelt het een verrassend veelzijdig en breed assortiment Cognac en Pineau producten samen.
