Het huis Fanny Fougerat is genoemd naar de ondernemende schepper ervan, een jonge vrouw die stamt uit een lange rij van wijnmakers en distilleerders van Cognac. Het merk is pas enkele jaren geleden ontstaan, met de eerste botteling van een Cognac die onder de merknaam Fanny Fougerat werd verkocht in november van 2013. De tradities en de kennis van deze wijnproducerende familie gaan echter meer dan vier generaties terug, in welke periode zij hun eaux-de-vie verkochten aan de grotere Cognachuizen.
Fanny Fougerat Cognac is heerlijk 21e eeuws, maar gecombineerd met de passie en kennis van een echt traditionele Cognac familie. De resulterende artisanale producten zijn fris, levendig en van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit.
