This VSOP has clear instant peachy elements, but gets overwhelmed by the intense alcohol stimulation on the tong. Letting the VSOP air a bit more, even adding a few drops of water did not help much. This VSOP is quite tasty, but I expected a bit more smoothness from a VSOP though.

In my opinion, the flavors get only released when you add a little bit of cold water. I would not recommend to drink this VS neat. On the contrary, add a little cold water and let it devlop for a moment of time (15 minutes) accordingly. The aromas open up more and more every time you take a new s...
