Pills up the cork strikes a splash in a sniffer glass.
The aroma in the nose is lovely, a little sweet and fruity slightly vanilla. The first sip, gave me a burnt raisin flavor. Second sip a little different character now more sweet, caramel fruitiness. With the burnt taste in the good aftertaste. Which sits for a while.
Would have liked to have eaten a sweet good cake for it because I think it would have suited it from the pleasant bitterness of the aftertaste.
Really recommend this ..
As I said, not at all pale this VSOP ...
Would like to try GB´'s other range.
