Description
Armagnac Puysegur 1981
The Armagnac Puysegur 1981 is a vintage brandy produced in the Gascony region of South West France. It's available in 700ml bottles with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40%. This particular millésime, which means vintage in French, may be presented as either Armagnac or Bas-Armagnac, which are two types of brandy from the Armagnac region distinguished by their distillation and aging processes.
The Armagnac house Puységur, where this Armagnac originates, has won awards for its products and is situated in the lower Armagnac region of southwest France. The distillery is named after Jacques de Chastenet de Puységur, a Marquis of the 17th century who was an advisor to King Louis XIII.
