Description
A Vieille Réserve Cognac from the Premier Cru that is fresh and light
The Vieille Reserve No 8 is at an ABV of 47° and a pure Grande Champagne A.E. Dor Cognac. This Cognac is kept in a wax-sealed demijohn until it is later bottled for sale. Despite its impressive age of half a century, the AE Dor Tres Vieille Grande Champagne Cognac maintains all of their power and personality. They are treated with great care and total finesse from distilling until they are matured. They deserve to be tasted and appreciated just as they have been grown and bottled.
This particular Vieille Réserve is grown in the noblest of Cognac terroirs, the Grande Champagne. The eaux-de-vie from this cru are revered for their fine quality and lengthy finish. A spicy and smooth Cognac that is delightfully fresh and light despite its age. It is beautifully balanced.
Its quantities are numbered, as with all of their highly-sought after Vieille Reserve editions.
