Once you open your calendar, you’ll be able to access the details of all 24 Cognacs. You'll find a tasting journal in your parcel complete with all product, producer, and tasting information.

Your Cognac Expert Calendar will likely be shipped in September, October & November - in time for the Christmas and advent time of the year.

Shipping logistics and customs handling, especially due to changing export rules, have become increasingly complex and costly. To keep things transparent and fair, we now pass real shipping and handling costs directly to each customer.

We’ve moved away from our previous model where shipping costs were averaged across all customers. With recent changes in export processes, we now charge actual shipping costs per order. For most customers, this means the total price (including shipping) will actually be lower than in previous years—even though there’s no longer a “free shipping” label.

Unfortunately, this is not the case for the US. We have little control over this topic. We are regrettably caught in the crosshairs of these recent tariff and trade disputes. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Yes! During checkout, you’ll see the exact shipping cost based on your country. This way, there are no surprises after you place the order.

Yes—but not necessarily up. Since we no longer overcharge to “cover” shipping, many customers will find their all-inclusive total (calendar + shipping) is actually cheaper than last year.

We prefer full cost transparency. By listing the calendar price separately from shipping, you can see exactly what you’re paying for each part. It also protects against future fluctuations in shipping costs—which we commit not to hide in the product price.

For orders outside the EU, your customs office may require additional import duties or taxes upon delivery. These are never included in our shipping estimate and must be handled by you. This doe not apply for the United States.

Effective 1 August 2025, the US Government increased the Section 301 tariff on spirits (including cognac) from 10 % to 15 %. Our carrier has now updated its systems to the new rate and we have resumed shipping for standard bottles at that tariff level.

We expect to launch the calendar in the US in September.
