Description

No.3 Cognac Tasting Set from A.E. Dor

The third Cognac assortment box from this Cognac house, the A.E. Dor Assortment Wooden Box No.3 Cognac is the best way to try a selection of delectable Cognacs of different areas and crus. It comprises of four different Cognacs in 20cl tasting bottles, and presented in a stunning wooden box. These include the VSOP, Napoleon, XO and the N°6.

A.E. Dor VSOP

This is a Fine Champagne blend of eaux-de-vie from the Grande and Petite Champagne, all of which are a minimum of eight years old - far beyond the regular requirement for a VSOP Cognac. It has been aged in humid cellars to develop a particular aromatic quality.

A.E. Dor Napoléon

Aged for a minimum of eight years, the Napoléon age denomination has fallen out of favor somewhat as of late. However, this beauty from A.E. Dor has been aged for 18 years, and is a beautiful assemblage of three different growth areas. The maturity of the Petite Champagne, the liveliness of the Borderies and the lengthy finish and undeniable finesse of the Grande Champagne.

A.E. Dor XO

Matured for approximately a quarter of a century, this is a remarkable Extra Old Cognac made with purely Fine Champagne eaux-de-vie. The combination of both the Grande and Petite Champagne gives it a certain finesse and complexity. It has been aged for a minimum of 25 years in both humid and dry cellars.

A.E. Dor Number 6

This exceptional Cognac is made from single growth Grande Champagne, and has been matured for approximately 35 years in humid cellars. It is a remarkable Cognac despite its age, as it has retained light aromas and is full of finesse.

Presentation of the A.E. Dor Assortment Wooden Box N°3
