Tesseron Lot N°53 XO Perfection Cognac

I’m a big fan of this. While it doesn’t display the spicy backbone of the Lot 90, there’s an elegance and depth to it. Fruit dominates, with tobacco and mushrooms in the background. Perhaps lacking a little liveliness but very enjoyable.

Tesseron Perfection is….well Perfection! Sumptuous just in its appearance once it approaches the nose you can instantly detect a subdued wood and figs with a touch of tobacco. On the palette it’s silky and smooth with spices, fig again and tobacco. I love this cognac!

For me, this is my ultimate cognac, very impressed with the smoothness. highly recommended.
