Description

Cognac Vieille Reserve Brard Blanchard

An old Cognac made from 100% organically-grown Ugni blanc, the Cognac Vieille Reserve Brard Blanchard is a result of high quality Ugni blanc that is organically-grown in the fine region of Fins Bois. The Cognac goes through double distillation in the property’s Charentais and housed in Limousin oak barrels aged for 20 to 22 years.

The Cognac Vieille Reserve Brard Blanchard is definitely a very exclusive and special Cognac as it is deemed one of the top Cognac in the market because Cognac “Reserve” has to be aged for at least 10 years in and is stored in the “Paradis” cellars of the house where the oldest and most valuable barrels are stored , however, in most cases they are much older to be awarded as a good Cognac.

How To Serve

The Cognac can be appreciated as a digestif at room temperature in a tulip glass.

Presentation of The Decanter

The Cognac comes in a nice, sleek and slim bottle with gold printings. Ensuring that it also exudes an understated beauty with a black top.

Heritage of Brard Blanchard

For almost four generations, the family of the Domaine Brard Blanchard have worked on the vineyard. They began in 1972 with polyculture, vines, and dairy, until 1976 when they focused all of their efforts into viticulture and marketing. The vines have always been grown organically, practicing manual harvest for every product. The estate is located on the southern slopes that border the Charente.
