Daviaud Extra Old Cognac is a beautifully matured jewel of the premier cru. Produced entirely from Ugni-Blanc grapes, the eaux-de-vie was then distilled and aged for decades before being ready for bottling on the 12th of January 2018.
Based in Segonzac, Maison Daviaud’s vineyards cover 40 hectares of Grande Champagne vineyards. Quality and prestige are at the forefront of this brand’s production values. Daviaud Vieille Extra Old Cognac is best appreciated in its purest form, neat at room temperature. We recommend pouring the Cognac into tulip glasses and letting it rest for a few minutes before commencing the tasting.
