Pear and pineapple with floral hints on the nose. Lovely fruity delivery, well rounded and weighty on the palate. Smooth caramel toffee. Gentle finish with caramel and pear tart melting to the end. Delicious.

Light, floral and fresh, with a touch of pear and vanilla on the nose. Still very floral on the palate. There’s a little spike of lemon as well. The finish is long, warm and dusted with white pepper. There’s a bit more soft fruit at the end. Youthful, not complex, but very nice.

Almost at the bottom of this bottle and I’d say the tobacco, leather and cocoa notes have been getting stronger as it oxidises. There’s also ginger and cloves, with honeysuckle, cigars and a spot of licquorice. Astringent tobacco on the palate. Almost ashy. There is an explosion of spice and...
