Eye: Coppery amber color.
Nose: Typically an oaky and juniper aroma. Leathery with a hint of sweet.
Palate: Spicy, wood, buttery vanilla tones. A hint of coffee and almond. A long finish that lasts over 20 minutes.
Tasting review by Gourry de Chadeville:
Its nose has a large variety of aromas, which reveal themselves with hints of vanilla, chocolate, and curry… then jasmine and narcissus. The perfumes of candied fruits, saffron, ginger, and honey mix themselves with nutmeg and cedar wood.
