A Well Balanced VSOP Cognac From Eco-Conscious Producers
The Raymond Bossis VSOP Cognac is a powerful, full-bodied spirit with subtle fruity aromas that highlight the quality of these winegrowers’ grapes. As a VSOP it has been aged for a minimum of 10 years in Limousin oak casks, allowing for the richness of flavor to develop with time.
It has been created to blend excellently with cocktails, although it is a balanced enough VSOP to enjoy neat and on the rocks too.
Operating from the Domaine des Groies in the Cognac region, year upon year Raymond Bossis carefully takes into account the climatic variables which might affect vine growth.
They have a profound respect for the environment, and practice responsible farming methods to minimize the impact of pesticides on grapes, and therefore on wines.
They are also members of the Federation of Independent Winegrowers, which guarantees the involvement of the winegrower at all stages of production, winemaking, cellar work, and marketing.
A sleek, traditional shaped decanter.
The richness of this Cognac makes it a wonderful base for a cocktail. Equally, it is well-balanced enough to enjoy both neat and on the rocks.
