The Prunier 1991 Petite Champagne Millésime Cognac is cask strength, at 51,5° ABV. As the name suggests, it's a wholly Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie, and is a vintage from 1991. This means that cognac was originally placed in oak barrels back in 1991 for aging - it was then bottled in 2011.
Only a very limited run of this cognac was produced.
About Prunier Cognac
Steeped in tradition, Cognac Prunier is a family run firm with cellars in the heart of the town of Cognac. The house does not own its own vineyards, instead, they buy the eaux-de-vie directly from supplying vine growers and distillers each year, and then carry out the ageing process in their own cellars.
