A Grande Champagne Cognac aged between 60 and 70 years
A stunning Grande Champagne rarity, the Jean Fillioux L’Eveil des Sens Cognac does exactly as its name suggests; it will completely take over your senses in every way. This one-liter bottle is only available in limited quantities, and there are only 64 bottles of this precious nectar. Aged between 60 and 70 years, it is a little piece of history and savoir-faire in a bottle. L’Eveil des Sens Cognac is an assemblage of truly exceptional eaux-de-vie. Jean Fillioux Cognac occupies one of the most privileged positions in the entire ‘Golden Triangle’, at the heart of the Premier Cru.
Named after the year that the Jean Fillioux estate was born in 1894, it is a grand homage to the family tradition. While the generations change, the traditions of this house stay the same. For five generations now, they have been pouring their every effort into each and every Cognac bottle.
Presentation of the bottle
A wonderful globular decanter of 1 liter, that really shows off the shimmering garnet shades of this very old Cognac. It arrives in a matching presentation box that will look incredible on show. It is bottled at 41% ABV.
How to enjoy
Sip slowly, and meditatively. This Cognac deserves to be savored neat.
