The Grosperrin N°61 Fins Bois Cognac is an exceptionally old Cognac sourced from the commune of Réparsac, located in the heart of the Fins Bois region. This rare Cognac was produced by a vintner who also worked as a nurseryman, diversifying his activities in the world of viticulture. This was the last batch he owned, preserved for years as a link to his past and to maintain his connection with the Cognac trade. Bottled in January 2021, only 219 bottles were made, making it an extremely limited edition release.

On the nose, the Grosperrin N°61 immediately reveals its humid cellar aging, with distinctive mushroom aromas complemented by dried flowers and blackcurrant buds. Despite its earthy profile, the Cognac presents a remarkable level of refinement, with a nose that captivates and keeps evolving.
