Description

AE Dor Roi De Rome 1811 Vintage Cognac

One of the first Cognac to be produced by A.E Dor, Roi De Rome 1811 Vintage Cognac is a rare, vintage treasure from the 19th century. Created in honor of the king of Rome, this Cognac is hundreds of years old. A collectors item and a historical artefact of royal history, to be cherished by the person lucky enough to grace themselves with its contents.

Steeping in both history and savoir-faire which dates back all the way to the 1800s, the house of A.E Dor is a reputable Cognac brand offering Cognacs of exceptional quality. Timeless in style and flavor, A.E Dor Cognacs present an elegant brand image, which is reflective of the rich history and artisanal craftsmanship, that has been passed on through the family, generation after generation.

Presentation of the bottle

Housed in a classic and traditional bottle, this Cognac is quite literally dripping in history. Its presentation represents the 19th century era that it was selected from and embodies the regal roots it stemmed from. A magnificent artifact of royal history and a collectors item to be treasured.

How to enjoy

As a result of its lengthy maturation process, A.E Dor Roi De Rome 1811 is rich in both flavor and history. Enjoy it neat to allow the Cognacs story to be told. To alter the tasting experience very slightly, try adding a few cubes of ice and enjoy as the patchwork of unique aromas open up across the palate. Close your eyes and let this very old Cognac take you on an immersive experience, far beyond the realms of your average tasting. We recommend serving this Cognac from a tulip glass, as its narrow flute allows the aromas to develop unreservedly.
