Audry Memorial Reserve Cognac is a blend of Fine Champagne aged between 30 - 60 YR. Floral, fruit, and some spice notes initially on the nose. I swear that some pine appears after a few minutes? Some chocolate and rancio notes appear a few minutes after that as well. Very complex!! It's full bodied, with some anise and honey on the finish. What the hell? The finish is very long, and this cognac is amazing, and so balanced!!! Damn!! My score was 97
