Nose: It’s quite nutty. Vanilla, some orchard fruits. Quite a bit of oak on the nose for a VS. Palate: Apples, Cinnamon, Walnuts, a touch of orange and oak. Finish: Cinnamon and oak. For a blend that includes some youthful cognacs, it is well balanced and well made.

Honestly this is a great, old value-for-money Cognac. The nose is rich, the body is very balanced. It is 40% so do not expect crazy intense character, if you're looking for a balanced single-cask single vintage Cognac, that is really pretty old, here you go.

This is the best Pineau I’ve ever had! It is very suttle and smooth and flavorful at the same time. I am no connoisseur, but by far I would choose this one above all others every time.
