Description
Chainier Liqueur Orange & Cognac
Blending natural essences, orange juice and sugar syrup with VS-grade Petite Champagne Cognac, Chainier Liqueur Orange & Cognac is a lively and fun liqueur that is at home in the drinks cabinet as it is in the kitchen.
The Chainier family, originally from the Petite Champagne region, have been making Cognac and Pineau de Charentes for generations. It was in 1970 that Guy Chainier and his son Dominique began to work together on a range of Cognacs, and in the 1980s Dominique Chainier took over the family property in Arthenac to develop the retail side of the business. Branching out from the smaller of the two Champagne regions, the family purchased an 18-hectare vineyard in Grande Champagne, expanding their product potential significantly.
Fiercely independent, the family continue marketing their own products today, with Dominique Chainier and his grandson Clément reaching people around the world through their website as well as numerous trade fairs.
Presentation of the Bottle
The Chainier Liqueur Orange & Cognac comes in a tall, straight bottle, a classic style which was originally popular in the 19th century. The retro-style label features colorful illustrations and the bottle is sealed with blue foil on the neck.
How to Enjoy Chainier Liqueur Orange & Cognac
This liqueur is perfect to enjoy chilled, on ice or in a cocktail. It’s also a great addition to desserts such as ice cream, sorbet and fruit salads, or used in many cooking recipes, like pancakes or french crêpes.
About Chainier Cognac
For generations, the Chainier family has been producing Cognac in both of the Champagne terroirs in Cognac. The current estate consists of a familial vineyard in the town of Arthenac and an 18-hectare estate in Lignières-Sonneville, both acquired by Dominique Chainier in the 1980s. Maintaining control of their production as well as their branding and marketing, the family produce a high-quality range of traditional Cognac as well as Pineau de Charentes, which they have been making since 1966.
