Nose: resolutely on red fruits; blackcurrant, then blueberry. We already feel the roundness and a floral note on the rose. A touch of pepper that harmoniously shakes up the whole.

Palate: the mouth is supple and enveloping. The red fruit is greedy, the slightly camphorated pepper supports the fruit. In dilution, the gin opens up and the floral notes come back to the fore. A touch of liquorice discreetly makes its appearance.

Finish: long and delicate, the blueberry accompanies us.

Description

Second expression of distilled Gin created by Gilles VICTORS, the Five o'clock is a nod to the famous "Five o'clock Tea" of the Palmer speakeasy during the American prohibition. This Gin is full of red fruits and greed to be tasted hidden in a teapot or in a cocktail in full view and for all to see!

This "Five o'clock" Gin is distilled in its own dedicated copper still and in 300 liter batches.
