Nose: Pure and complex with notes of fresh cade and coriander.

Palate: Spicy, ample, persistent mouth, which unfolds on notes of citrus fruits and peppers.

Description

This citrus gin is a combination of juniper berries, fresh peppers including the famous Sichuan and Timut peppers, and various carefully selected citrus fruits (citrus fruits, yuzus, bigarades, kumquat) from the garden of Christophe Comes (Michelin starred chef in Perpignan).

This gin is elaborated in a 300-liter still heated over a naked fire. Here, we go looking for very rare herbs. It is really the citrus gin par excellence! The fact that this gin comes from a fruit water distillery is felt in the mouth by sublimated citrus aromas. This Gin aux Agrumes is distilled at a high degree to purify the distillate from the excess of aromatic oils. It is therefore not filtered. The base alcohol used is a grain alcohol certified Ecocert. Maceration times vary from 4 days to one hour. The+is signature gin is designed to offer liveliness, freshness and complexity. The jury of the program Très Très Bon awarded it the title of Best Gin of France in 2021.

The Citrus Gin is a Mediterranean composition, from its historical diversity of its landscapes - from the hillsides of Collioure to the scrubland of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Park; and therefore the gastronomic wealth that is the extension and expression of this.
