Maison Victors Knifemaker Gin
Description
The Knifemaker is the first gin from the Maison Victors distillery. It is a very fresh, slightly zesty and spicy gin. Created by Gilles VICTORS, founder of Maison Victors Distillery, this "London dry Gin" is distilled by batch of 300 liters in a copper still dedicated to him alone.
"Back in France, I decided to compose my to compose my own recipe. A distillate of wheat and rye, juniper berries, and a multitude of other botanicals. The challenge seemed motivating to me! It took me almost a year to find the right balance, the right choice of botanicals".
