Bonjour Drinks is very much our French spirits Tour de France, an homage to what we think is the best drinks country on planet Earth!
We have gone region-by-region searching for what we think are the best bottles from each region from a multitude of drinks categories.
The highlights and discoveries we have made along the way are featured as part of our Bonjour Drinks selection. Most producers will have a featured bottle, but a core part of their entire range is presented in the catalog.
Our deep love for France has made this project feel like so much more than just a selection of qualitative and interesting drinks. In order to properly understand and appreciate the gems on Bonjour Drinks, we have made it a goal to learn and share with you valuable information about the region, its history, its climate, its culture, its food, and of course, the passionate and immensely talented people making these tremendous spirits.
Bonjour Drinks is primarily a spirits selection, but we could not resist including a few other stunning finds.

In 2010 we, brother and sister Max and Sophie von Olfers, based in Poullignac, France at the family estate called the Logis de Beaulieu, started Cognac Expert as a blog to shine a spotlight on the fantastic work being done in the Cognac region. As the years have passed, Cognac Expert has blossomed into a full-fledged e-commerce business, still with the DNA of telling the story, promoting, and selling small-production artisanal Cognac.
But we are farmers ourselves. As we would travel the country visiting different regions, talking with the different spirits producers, and enjoying the different drinks offered, the pull became too strong to limit ourselves to the Cognac. For this reason, Bonjour Drinks exists today.
Our hearts, our vines, our home, and our passion will always remain in Cognac, but there is just too much to smell and taste from all around France. The time is now to share it with you. So bonjour, welcome, and cheers to France and its wonderful spirits.
