Description
Paul Giraud XO Grande Champagne Cognac
Introducing the Paul Giraud XO Grande Champagne Cognac, a floral masterpiece presented in a meticulously decorated glass carafe. This selection embodies the essence of the Bouteville terroir, showcasing the unparalleled finesse and lightness characteristic of a young XO from Grande Champagne, fused with the distinct family style of Paul Giraud.
The Iridis XO stands as an ode to spring. Strength meets softness, reflecting the harmonious blend of light white flower aromas with the sweet nuances of honey. It is an invitation to experience the elegance of white flowers, subtly accentuated by the richness of French Limousin oak.
Presentation of the bottle
The Iridis XO is presented in a glass carafe that is nothing short of a work of art, decorated with motifs of vine flowers and shoots that pay homage to its springtime inspiration. The case and wooden stopper further enhance the aesthetic and sensory experience, promising not just a tasting, but a journey through the heart of Grande Champagne.
How to enjoy
To savor the full spectrum of flavors and aromas, the Paul Giraud XO Grande Champagne Cognac is best enjoyed neat. Allow it to gently warm in the glass, releasing the intricate bouquet of iris, hyacinth, and acacia, complemented by the sweet warmth of toasty and honeyed notes. This Cognac invites a moment of reflection, perfect for those seeking a serene and sophisticated tasting experience.
About Paul Giraud
COGNAC PAUL GIRAUD & Fils is a family-owned estate located in Bouteville, a small village in the heart of Grande Champagne, the premier cru of Cognac. The estate has been passed down from father to son since 1635. Paul Jean Giraud, born in 1952, is the 10th generation to lead the domain. In 1975, Paul Jean and his father founded Cognac Paul Giraud, and the brand was established in 1976 with the beginning of bottling. For five years, Paul Jean developed his sales in France before beginning to export in 1980. Currently, their cognacs are distributed selectively in France, in fine grocery stores, wine shops, and restaurants, and are exported to more than 35 countries around the world. In continuation and transmission, Paul, son of Paul Jean (11th generation), works alongside his father. They share the same passion and have a common vision for the sustainability of their know-how.
