Description
Grand Marnier Cuvée 1880 Cognac: a Shining Gem from the Premier Cru
A distinctive release, Grand Marnier Cuvée 1880 Cognac was created to commemorate the year of Grand Marnier’s birth. This sophisticated blend is made exclusively with XO Cognac from the Grande Champagne region, blended with essences of exotic bitter orange. Containing 91% Cognac and 9% orange liqueur, this is a more serious, dry expression that takes the classic flavors of Grand Marnier to the next level.
The House of Marnier Lapostolle is still in the hands of the family that founded it, and today headed by the sixth generation of liqueur producers, Jacques Marnier Lapostolle. Holding true to the traditions of those before him, Jacques focuses on creating products of quality and authenticity, with high-quality ingredients and careful blending. Synonymous with luxury and style, for over a century Grand Marnier has been as popular in royal palaces and stately homes as it is in cocktail bars and restaurants. There’s simply nothing that compares.
Presentation of the Bottle
The classic Grand Marnier bottle shape has been elevated with a more elongated neck and large glass stopper. Art Nouveau imagery decorates the glass, perfectly matching the gold and silver details in the lettering and on the medallion. Of course, a stunning presentation box completes the package.
How to Serve Grand Marnier Cuvée 1880 Cognac
This fantastically complex liqueur is the ideal after-dinner companion. Serve neat in tulip glasses at room temperature.
