Nose: An aromatic bouquet rich in elegant floral notes; refined, subtle, delicate; impressive freshness and purity, a light touch with the oak to let the Folle Blanche sing.

Palate: Round, silky, delicate. It offers an outstanding freshness and complexity that is both balanced and harmonious. There is a equal dose of dried and fresh fruit. A touch of citrus and some candied ginger - which contributes to the fresh feeling. Elegant and lifted floral notes, and oak which is present thankfully remains in the background. Each sip is respectful of the Folle Blanche grape variety.

Finish: Persistent. Finishes on the fruit and soft spices. Smooth, elegant, and refined.
