Description
A fresh and lively VSOP Cognac
The Raymond Bossis Open’Bar Cognac is a Cognac with a bright and lively temper. Having been aged for just 4 years in Limousin oak casks, it is a fresh and fruity option with great versatility. It is an ideal choice for those who are just becoming acquainted with Cognac, to be sipped as a refreshing summer drink.
Operating from the Domaine des Groies in the Cognac region, year upon year Raymond Bossis carefully takes into account the climatic variables which might affect vine growth.
They have a profound respect for the environment, and practise responsible farming methods to minimize the impact of pesticides on grapes, and therefore on wines.
They are also members of the Federation of Independent Winegrowers, which guarantees the involvement of the winegrower at all stages of production, winemaking, cellar work and marketing.
