This Calvados to be tasted, powerful and intense, is of a beautiful mahogany color with red and golden reflections. With a fresh nose reminiscent of Norman meadows, which gently fades to reveal some woody and caramelized notes, this Calvados is round, silky and floral. It blossoms in the mouth, with delicate notes of citrus, honey, spices and wood. Of a very beautiful elegance.

Introducing the Pere Gontran Hors d'Age 35 Year Old Calvados, a truly authentic and unique creation from a small family business nestled in a green setting in the heart of Pays d'Auge. The domaine is located not far from the beaches of the Côte fleurie, in the middle of a 50-hectare property, with 20 hectares of apple orchards with a mix of local varieties of cider apples.

The production techniques are traditional, respectful of the environment, and result in a cider with an authentic character that's fruity and generous in the mouth. The production process of this French spirit is intentionally limited, ensuring that each bottle is crafted with care and attention to detail.

The Gontran Hors d'Age Calvados is made from apples that ripen on the tree and are harvested at maturity.
