This 20 Year Old Calvados is a blend of all the Calvados made since the early days of the distillery. A minimum of 20 years of aging in French oak barrels and traces of much older French spirit create an exceptional complexity of aromas and flavors. Made with 100% apples from 30 different varieties, every fruit is washed and manually sorted before being pressed. A natural fermentation process of a few months precedes the distillation in a copper column still bought in 1923.
