Description

Synonymous with Festivity and Conviviality: The Cognac XO by Joan Brisson

The Joan Brisson XO Cognac was featured in the Hachette Wines guide of 2010, with a mention of the Cognac’s superb quality - "Its years of aging in oak casks confers its complexity, its length in the mouth, its floral and spicy notes. The new Joan Brisson XO Cognac of more than 40 years also deserves a tasting in due form. It is the expression of a terroir, an appellation, a know-how and the work of time of which we are very proud.”

Made from grapes harvested from the renowned Fins Bois terroir, its stringent aging process and eaux-de-vie aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years - there is no doubt that Joan Brisson XO Cognac is one of the best Cognacs out there.

How to Serve

The Cognac is best enjoyed as a digestif with a drop of water to bring out the essence and aroma of the Cognac.

Presentation of the Decanter

Comes in a bold shaped decanter, with a round bottom with a sleek and classic gold stopper. This is a perfect gift idea for all occasions.

The best I have tried

Nose of star anise and lavender, licorice and coffee in the mouth. Smooth no strong aftertaste. Presented simply but elegantly.
