At the house of Pasquinet, the Cellar Master elaborated this Fine blend with rigorously selected, eaux-de-vie which was then distilled according to a traditional method passed down over the generations. Following this, the Cognac is then aged in Limousin oak barrels, down in the ancient cellars, for somewhere between 2 and 4 years.
