Chollet Cognac House is a family-run estate in the Cognac region of France, producing some of the finest Cognac in the world. Its commitment to quality and craftsmanship dates back to 1971 when Jeannine and Jacques Chollet distilled the first Chollet Cognac. Today, the estate continues to work tirelessly in producing their Cognacs, as well as expanding the business to offer a bed and breakfast and a campsite for motor homes.

I started my cognac travels with cheaper vs bottles, at the moment I have reached the vsop level, yes there have also been some reserves and xo but my taste buds are still used to vs or vsop flavors.
