Bache Gabrielsen 2011 Vintage (11 year) Cognac:

Dive into the world of French history with the Bache Gabrielsen 2011 Vintage Petite Champagne Cognac. Crafted from a year that marked its significance as the warmest in France since meteorological recordings commenced, 2011 experienced an exceptionally mild spring and autumn. Both April and October outdid themselves, showcasing temperatures that surged over 4.2°C above the usual. This distinctive climate curated the unparalleled 2011 vintage emanating from the Petite Champagne region.

With 11 years of aging and a Vintage marked as 2011, this Petite Champagne Cognac is made primarily from the Ugni-Blanc grape variety. Holding an alcohol content of 46.4% and packaged in a 70 cl bottle, it has been meticulously distilled under the keen eye of Master Distiller, M. Trijol. Bottled in 2023, it boasts of an aging duration of 21 years in Limousin oak casks, presenting a naturally alluring color to the beholder.

This Bache Gabrielsen creation is a limited-edition gem, reflecting not just the attributes of its vintage but also the unwavering commitment and craftsmanship of its creators.
