Bliss in a tulip glass

What a thouroughly enjoyable congac. A beautiful golden amber, i allow it at least 5 minutes to open up. in the meantime i will nose the cognac to discover part of its character.lovely prunes,orange ,vanilla,caramel and dried fruit. a second and third nose seems to display intensifying prune,orange and vanilla.
The first taste displays a smooth cognac that has been well aged and delightful to sip. Prunes,orange and vanilla come to the fore.
