The nose is fruitier more than anything apples and pears greet the nose, no wood on this one and just the tiniest hint of spice. This cognac is quite refreshing compared to my normal cognac choices as this doesn't have the usual spice taste compared to my regulars, fruity fresh and sweet is what I would say but not to sweet, definite must buy
