Floral and Blanced

This is a really floral and well balanced Cognac. Maybe a little whisper of tobacco and spice adding to the chorus. A touch of an earthy note? However the overall impression comes across a little thin. Don't get me wrong this is real quality.....but somehow lacking. That being said it is easily better than the "Big Four." I do applaud them for making a product that appears to be very sparing in the use of legal Cognac additives. There is some nice delicate effervescent mouth feel on the palate. I definitely am not getting the "cornucopia" of flavors that the Cognac Expert claims are present in the taste profile. A high quality product at a reasonable price but I found it needed a more definite point of view. If you like something REALLY delicate this might be for you.
