Lehmann Reserve de Famille Marc Alsace Gewurtzraminer
Description
This brandy is one of the only brandies to have obtained an A.O.C Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, which meets very strict specifications.
As a digestive, this brandy can be enjoyed at the end of a good meal or as an Alsatian coffee (like an Irish coffee by replacing the whisky by the brandy made from gewurztraminer marc).
As an aperitif, a long drink or a cocktail.
In the kitchen, this brandy is ideal to flambé a munster cheese typical of our region or in an iced kougelhof (macerate the raisins)... you can also give free rein to your creativity!
