Nose: this eau-de-vie is distinguished by its fresh, intense and exuberant bouquet of wild raspberry and small forest fruits.

Palate: it exhales a freshness as well as a beautiful fruitiness with a slightly woody note at the end typical of the wild raspberry.

Finish: A beautiful length in mouth marked by an aromatic note of fresh fruit.

Description

The Wild Raspberry eau-de-vie is obtained by maceration and double distillation of wild raspberries. Aged for a minimum of 3 years.

As a digestive, this delicate and fragrant eau-de-vie can be enjoyed at the end of a good meal.

As an aperitif, in a long drink, or in a cocktail.

In the kitchen, this very aromatic brandy will enhance your desserts or will be served in the middle of a meal on a sorbet such as a trou normand... You can also give free rein to your creativity!
