Description
The drop of pink Mauzac draws its spirit from the overripe grapes. Disbudding in spring, green harvest in summer, raisined grapes, this grape brandy deserves covetousness and application. Manual sorting and de-stemming of the grapes, light pressing and incomplete natural fermentation, let the residual sugars distill and distinguish themselves drop by drop.
Maculated with fine pale golden yellow tints. Its luminosity is perfectly matched with its limpidity and brilliance. It is highlighted by subtle green/platinum/gold reflections. Personality and suppleness, it's summer in the bottle!
