Miscault Soixante-Cinq Absinthe

The `Soixante Cinq' is made according to a recipe from 1899. The plants are first distilled individually in wine alcohol, the distillates are then combined as usual at Devoille without adding sugar to the desired result. The result is a very strong, herbaceous-fruity absinthe, the pronounced fennel note provides a round finish.
