Hint of mint
Pale amber with gold highlights, an honest color. 1st nose is sweet, adding complex, but specific fruit notes. Not as sweet as the nose, spicy and alcoholic, mature, but not old, hint of mint, light fruits. Very pleasant finish, lingers in the palate roof.

This is a secret grande champagne coming from an unknown distiller. Age is not revealed, it is most likely a blend of different vintages. But based on the tasting, it is not very young nor old.
