A Tradition of Excellence

La Truffe Cognac embodies the rich history and meticulous craft of Cognac making, overseen by the visionary Alexis Cabanne, the current Cellar Master and steward of the family's legacy. The Cabanne vineyards, with their fertile soils, yield the premium “eaux-de-vie” that form the backbone of La Truffe's distinguished range. This includes the harmoniously balanced VS, the mature and aromatic VSOP, and the flagship XO, each aged in small oak barrels within the humidity-controlled cellars over clay, to infuse the Cognac with its hallmark notes of truffles and undergrowth.

The Essence of La Truffe

The La Truffe VS Cognac, with its well-rounded nut and mushroom notes, represents an excellent introduction to the brand's quality. Moving to the VSOP, one discovers a symphony of lime honey, mango, and subtle smoky nuances, culminating in a delightful truffle finish. The crown jewel, La Truffe XO Petite Champagne, is an ode to the art of Cognac, aged between 20 and 25 years, and boasts a palette of gingerbread, mushroom, and nuts, with an enduring truffle and mahogany aftertaste.
